I had the best experience with Willamette dental second time when i see them.

Ablest staff would not allow someone through Medicare to pick up dental products. I am a power chair user and I'm unable to make it there, the guy just shrugged. Totally disrespectful, the least they could've done is giving me a call.

Such a friendly and positive atmosphere! I love the proactive approach to your dental care and treatment! Highly recommend!

Let me tell you, if you're looking for a good dentist I mean a great dentist, then look no further than Willamette Dental group and their Gresham office. When there, book an appointment with Dr. Fife. His professionalism is second to none. I went in to have a back molar removed that was causing me problems and was cracked. After some x-rays and a careful look over by Dr Fife it was determined that he had to pull the tooth. Next was a series of shots to numb the area for the extraction. After a few minutes Dr Fife came back and checked on me asked me a series of questions whether or not I can feel certain parts of my mouth. He was very detailed. And instead of going forward he decided to do another series of shots and thank God that he did cuz that did the job and allowed him to do his job. It was a difficult tooth to pull out. After a little time he was able to carefully extract the tooth and later showed me the reason why it took so long. It was an extremely long root, and it had been planted deep into my jaw. Not one time was I in pain during that extraction. Dr. Fife asked me how I felt every step of the way. He had a very good dental assistant that was helping him. She kept my mouth washed and sucked dry the entire time. Dr. Fife stated that was one of the longest roots he had seen. Dr. Fife's able bodied assistant took the time necessary to explain my after care instructions. I shook the good Dr's hand and thanked him for the extra care that he provided me. The front office was kind enough to sell me a bottle of their Peridex oral rinse, and a tube of their Clinpro 5000 fluoride toothpaste to provide me a chance at healthier teeth. Then was checked out promptly, and that was the best visit to a dental office I ever had. Now, that's saying a lot! Give Willamette Dental your business. While you are there, look up Dr. Fife, and you will be in good hands.

I have been Been using Willamette Dental since 2017, and would not go anywhere else. Patient care is something they truly care about at an organizational level and individual level. I have never had even the slightest negative experience in over five years of care.

I had a great experience at the Willamette Dental office on Burnside in Gresham. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable yet very friendly. I got in and out quickly and everything was done very satisfactorily despite my not having been to a dentist in over six years.

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and great at making you feel at ease if your a anxious person like me.

They care about their patients. They are happy to explain all options in detail so the patient can make the most informed decision about their care. I even experienced getting a filling done with a cheek guard to prevent injury during the procedure! I felt heard and that I was provided with the best of care.
