Elizabeth Callaghan's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Callaghan is an extremely judgemental person and doesn't actually listen to your requests. I saw her to get a prescription filled and talk about potential ADHD. She told me she got me a referral for ADHD when in reality the referral was written for anxiety. In addition, she used industry terms that are not only outdated but blatantly disrespectful. She also directly ignored my medication preferences and suggested medications I explicitly said I didn't want. Do not go see Dr. Callaghan. She has no interest in your health or well-being. PS I was also supposed to have a general physical that day and nothing was done in that regard. Northwest Primary Care is a great place, Dr. Callaghan is not.

I've been seeing Dr. Callahan for quite some time now and totally feel comfortable with her and trust her. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Callaghan takes the time to answer my questions a and makes suggestions to improve my health and well being

My last visit with Dr. Callahan was not a good experience. When I tried to tell what was going on she did not want to listen. I am under a lot of stress and all she cared about was hurrying up and being done. I have pain, which she basically said nothing about it. I was in there for 5 min and out the door. Very disappointed with the way she was in too big of a hurry to listen and try to explain anything. I am an older person, but still she should have taken a bit more time listen to my questions and answer them. Not happy at all. Dr. Callaghan is down to earth and realistic. Her approach is with kindness and empathetic understanding, and she has a keen understanding of every medical concern I've ever brought up. She creates an atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable being open and honest about anything going on. She is able to answer questions straight-forward and make suggestions that only benefit her patients. She became my PCP after Dr. Becker retired and I was worried about changing because I had such a great relat

I had a 10:45 appointment. I waited in the outer lobby for thirty minutes, then went and asked reception, they said it would be just a few more minutes (I had my two very busy toddlers with me). Then they took me back into an exam room where I waited thirty more minutes. When she finally came in I told her I felt like my time was disrespected. No joke, she told me “it’s not fast food.” Um ... ok. Anyway, she is my pcp, I was there for a referral for a specialist. She was obviously angry with me at this point, so she writes the referral and takes off. Doesn’t ask me any routine health questions or perform any type of exam (although it has been over a year since she has seen me). I want a pcp who actually values my time and my health. Looking for new insurance ASAP.

No patience for patients, doesn't even talk to her patients herself on the phone.

Dr callaghan is not our pcp but when my mom and i saw her for an urgent need she was awesome she knew what needed to be done if it wasnt for dr callaghan my mom would not have made it to the emergency department thank you dr Callaghan

This place has the worst service in treating their patients over several years I had been going there. I quit going a few years back & thought May be they have improved after several years but to no avail they have not. Big mistake to go there to be treated. I have insurance, but if you do not they treat you like a 4 class citizen as they told a friend who did not have insurance we could treat you better if you had insurance and they just paid them $150. dollars to be told they wouldn't be treated very well ? NOT how you treat some one who just paid you wanting help. A Nice slap in the face when you are already hurting. Don't go there. They act like they are doing you a favor just to see you and you are paying for the attitude you get from them as you are just wanting to have help not a good place to go period.

I saw Dr. Callaghan for 6 years. I was not very happy with her as my Dr. because she was always in a hurry, never took time to answer my quesstions, and talked down to me when I asked questions. I finally decided to find another Dr. when I went in with my son for an appointment and she didn't even recognize me. I know this because she said "I don't think we've met". Really? After 6 years of medical care.
