Dr Rust has a great bedside manner and it's obvious she cares for her patients beyond the normal doctor:patient rapport.

Good luck trying to keep an appointment with her, as she has the office call to cancel your appointment as she won't be in the office. This has happened with three appointments in a row and now I am scheduled another month out. It is very frustrating. She was very nice the first time I was able to get in-I wish we had more options in The Dalles.
