Staff was polite, Dr. did a through examine. Gave me good information upon leaving. Let me see X-ray imagines to see no fractures. I was confident with the dr diagnoses upon leaving. As I wasn’t with Good Shepherd Emergency department. I did go here first when it happened but they didn’t have a x-ray tech on staff ( it was Saturday afternoon) so I went to G.S. I wasn’t confident with what they had said at all so I went to BestMed for another look and from now on it will go to BestMed.

Best place in town, hands down!! We came in and gave them our info, waited for approximately 2 minutes and were taken back! Did the vitals, and discussion of why we were there, then the provider came in a matter of minutes. He was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns and let me make the decisions on what to do with his recommendations. They weren’t pushy, and they were very clear on explaining everything they were doing. The front office lady was very polite, professional, and helpful, the MA was also very professional and polite. Highly recommend this place!!! 10/10!!

Highly recommend Best Med, all the staff was very polite. We were seen within minutes of arrival. The nurse practitioner was by far one of the sweetest people I’ve met.
