Your receptionist, Nicole and audiologist, Terry Walters, were at their best in providing the assistance I needed Thursday, 11/30/23. In addition to the annual hearing evaluation, Terry determined I needed larger sized domes to maximize my hearing quality. Thank you.

Each aid had different size ear buds. When came back from cleaning etc. both had same size. Didnt realize til got home. Luckily I has an extra one ar home. Everything else was fine
