List of Bart Rask's Reviews
Dr. Rask is a fantastic doctor. He is kind, always listens, asks thoughtful questions to give the best best care and has an AMAZING staff (especially Kathi). I have been a patient for many years and hope he never retires!
He did amazing work on my right knee... I can almost walk normal even 3 days out of ACL replacement surgery
Seen him for a broken hand, I was out of work for a month and saw him because it took awhile for a open appointment (not his fault) and when I seen him he assured me I could return to work the next day. He had answers and knowledge, he was polite , he went all out and told me I can call him if there is any issue . Left his office feeling great and yes I will recommend him for anybody in the future. Dr.Rask , you really helped me and I hope you continue to help people for anyone in my position in the future.
Great doctor. I have seen him many times for my knees and pain. He is a really nice guy and has lots of experience. His staff is also very helpful and supportive.
I had surgery on my shoulder..with some other surgical procedures …a month ago.. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Rask and his staff!!! They are kind, caring, understanding and efficient!! I highly recommend Dr. Rask and will be forever grateful for him giving me my life back!!!
Back in ~2007 I had an ACL tear from snowboarding, this guy's "plan" would've put ME IN A WHEELCHAIR for several months post recovery, I had a competent orthopedic surgeon do orthoscopic surgery and was walking in a few weeks.
4 years ago I came here for a second opinion on a motorcycle accident. Took an xray (I wanted an MRI) and then said I'd be fine in a couple years. Well, just got my MRI and I need surgery, something that could have been avoided had he done what I asked. 10/10 would avoid this place.
two knees and a shoulder later brings me to believe that Dr. Rask be the man
If you've had a serious injury or care about your recovery, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Easily the most unprofessional "doctor" I've ever encountered. Very clearly a doctor in it for the money, not because he's passionate about helping people. Dr. Bart Rask gives you as little time as possible, literally about 3-4 minutes per appointment. He doesn't give any details about your injury or procedures unless you pry about it. He will quite literally send you in for multiple procedures and only tell you about the easy one to get you to go. When I brought it up to the nurse at the hospital he sent me to, she said "yeah that's the Dr. Rask special, he'll only tell like 1 in every 3 patients what they're actually coming in for". To me that's unethical and unprofessional. When I confronted Dr. Rask about it, asking why he didn't tell me everything I was going in for, he said he wanted to make sure I was going to show up, and then rambled about the fact that he didn't disclose every last detail about the appointment and how is he supposed to know what I do and don't want to hear. He got very defensive and eventually turned to his nurse and said "refer him to Dr. X", and essentially got rid of me. I'm happy to see somebody else at this point but the man turned me away after seeing me for months because I asked for more details. Another awful part about going to Dr. Rask is that you can tell he is just pumping patients out of his office as fast as possible. It's apparent he doesn't look at your paperwork for more than 20 seconds before he sees you. And he hasn't any idea the details of the injury he's been diagnosing for months. I had to remind him that I had a bone fragment in my elbow and need surgery. He's the one that discovered that. He had to leave for a few minutes and go review my CT scan to confirm I was right. Who knows what all this guy is missing or forgetting day to day. I also had to bring up the idea that a cast seems like it would help and he agreed and he subsequently recommended we put one on right then and there. But he wouldn't have even said anything about a cast if I hadn't. Truly a horrible experience. Dr. Rask dumped me as a patient when I asked him to be honest and transparent with me. If you want quality care and honesty, you'll be extremely dissatisfied or rejected from seeing Dr. Bart Rask.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
