Visit Dr. Garcia in the E.R. - This person represents true evil and sadism in the medical community- Grinning- Exhibiting deep satisfaction over my intense suffering- Documenting that I'm "belligerent..." "Why won't you look at it?? Why won't you look at it AGAIN? Look at it from another ANGLE!" You REFUSE to look at my injury- But I'm "belligerent!" But you're GRINNING- If I was belligerent in 2012 - Lyme since 1992 but I was belligerent because why would I visit the Emergency Department AND be charged afterward if the doctor REFUSES to even acknowledge a visible protrusion that any random teenager can see (?) Several doctors in this area enjoy the same type of comedy: 1. Some doctors think invisible things are hilarious. 2. These types of people are doctors literally because they enjoy human suffering. 2018 Patient is belligerent- Doctor is sadistic-

I was taken to Tuality ER and was seen by Dr. Garcia. She was patient, listened closely to my symptoms, performed some testing, waited for the results, consulted a specialist about my case, set me up with follow-up appts. with the specialists, made sure I had all appropriate contact information for them. She took the time to explain her test results, answered all questions with kindness, knowledge and patience. She understood my concerns, and I felt that she cared about me as a person, woman and human being. She was very kind, put me at ease, helpful and honest, which I appreciated more than my words convey. I wish she could be my primary care physician but am extremely grateful she was the one in charge of my care at the ER. I recommend her with the highest regard, although I hope I don’t have to see her again. But if I need to go to ER in Hillsboro, I would hope I’d be so lucky to get her again.

If THIS so called Doctor comes into your ER treatment room, if possible, run and hide! Demand a different Doctor! This is the most uneducated, crass,arrogant, totally caustic individual I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She helps Tuality Hospital maintain its reputation as a place to avoid!
