Tuality Physicians's Online Review Report Card

Just a few years ago, I would have given them 5/5 stars. I have been with them since 1999 and had 5 great primary care providers. (Dr Tran, Dr Abbott, Dr Carr, Taryn Seidel-Hart, and Meghan Wallace) as well as 9 others who saw me once or twice who I have mixed feeling about. (Dr. Fields was also amazing, though I only saw him twice while Dr Abbott was on sabbatical.) Now (since Meghan left) when I go in, they treat me as if I have never been there before. I understand I am seeing a new provider… but I have done that 13 times before with the clinic. This is different. They act as if I have never been to the clinic. They don’t seem to recognize me as a patient there. They don’t respond to prescription refill requests without multiple calls. And I don’t feel like they care about me getting care any more. I tried talking to them about my feelings on the changes but my concerns were brushed aside. I hope they are able to turn things around again.

I've been seeing Dr Hoffman for over 10 years. He is really great physician. Although, each time I needed a refill, I have had to call the office at least five-six times. I hope their staff will be more responsive to refill requests in future. Doctors here in my experience are great, but office can be difficult to work with at times.

This clinic billed me twice for single office visit. Clearly a mistaken bill. Then they hounded me for months for a bill. Don’t go to this clinic find another Doctor with better billing practice.

I have been a patient for 12 years thr only problem I have is waiting for the doctor but he is getting better .

Dr. Hanson is a literal angel.

I brought my husband to get a monoclonal Infusion the way they administer this is very unsanitary. we sat in the truck pouring rain and a person comes on in saftery gear getting shaken wet gives you the four injections in the stomach while getting poured on with rain. at one point the needle slipped out of her hand because if the rain. they “monitor” you just see not checking your oxygen levels or BP at any point at all. I was literally in disbelief seeing them do this to each vehicle that came in. syringes, everything they have getting contaminated. I told the nurse they needed a sanitary facility or at least a cover to administer this shot and she shrugged off and said “it's a work in progress” I know it's not their fault but whoever is in charge of this doesn't care for the patient's safety.

My family and I have been patients here for years and gone through many different doctors as they have cycled through this office. The last couple years (even before COVID) they have gone downhill. This was the last straw - I called to request a refill for a prescription that I have been taking for about seven years. I specifically named my doctor and how she's been extremely helpful with this prescription. I understand that there are staff shortages and willing to extend grace, but my request was completely dropped and forgotten. On top of that, I spoke to two different people in regards to this and no one mentioned that my doctor no longer works at this office and hasn't for weeks. That would have been very helpful information. Now I am out of an important medication and experiencing withdrawals, and can't get anyone on the phone to help me.
