I take my kids here since they were little. Overall I like it , might be because of COVID but they literally had me on hold for an hour …. Like come on😟 I understand they might be busy , even tho every time I go front desk is not busy at all but again might be just my bad luck and I call during busy hours … still on the phone and no answer…. They also give you an option to leave your phone number for a “call back” but THEY NEVER CALL BACK!!!!! 😩

virgins garcia is great, love my doctors when i see them but that’s IF i see them because it is impossible to schedule an appointment. recently i’m always on hold for hours and they have an option for call backs but they never call back. now i’m calling and their line doesn’t even ring. i’ve been trying to make an appointment for the last two months and have just restored to start going to Urgent care to see a doctor.

bad phone service they take long to answer or to call you back. Have to be on hold for about a 1hour and some mins. That's not okay for a medical office.

Been on the phone this long, and they still haven’t answered. The doctors are okay. The receptionists tell you “sign for your rights and responsibilities” and I’m like, “well what are they?” Where is the true informed consent? Anyway, they haven’t answered and my sinuses are killing me. 😔

I showed up early to my appointment. They were able to get me in early. The dr was super nice, and I left when my appointment w s actually supposed to start

Only used for a few COVID tests, but it was really efficient and painless (except for sticking a swab up your nose but that can't be helped.) Process-wise, very easy and nice lab techs outside taking the samples.

This place is a joke for health care! every time you go in you get another random doctor that don't know why or what your in for even thou you have been to that clinic multiple times for the same thing! there Call centers a joke! 1 star is to good to give this waist of heath center!
