Dr Neal is the best doctor I’ve ever had!As a dentist here in town, I understand the feeling and value of having my own personal doctor to take care of me instead of my old doctors office where I hardly got to talk to anyone. Best healthcare choice I’ve made is coming here!

We have been with Dr. Neal for almost a year now. It's such a good feeling to have a great doctor so available if need be. Our kids love him. We love the commitment he has to practice medicine in this way. We feel like he cares about all of us and is practicing medicine they way it should be. We have never been happier with our family doctor. His assistant Kelsie is a charm and a great addition to the practice.The costs for services outside the practice are remarkably affordable and Dr. Neal is always doing his best to find better and even more affordable prices.We would recommend to anyone looking for a doctor that is truly focused on his patients and a doctor that cares about you, then Dr. Neal and Heritage Family Medicine is the best option.Thank you Dr. Neal for starting your own primary care practice in the Gorge. Easiest access to healthcare I have ever experienced! I got sick on a Sunday and Dr. Neal helped me get signed up with a membership and started on antibiotics by 9am Monday! Dr. Neal is down to earth, friendly, and demonstrates a genuine concern for his patients and the community. We are pretty lucky to have his services here in Hood River and I highly recommend!

While visiting some friends in Hood River, I came to see Dr. Neal for a severe neck muscle spasm. Even though I'm not a resident or returning patient of his, he was able to get me into his schedule quickly and was very responsive. He took his time with me, asked lots of questions and really listened to my answers. This might be the first time I can say that about a doctor's appointment! It was truly an awesome experience - I only hope I can find a similar health care situation in my home town!
