Went in for a COVID test and was given an appointment for a couple hours later and returned 10 minutes before my appointment and was told to wait out in my car until called....I waited in my car for almost 2 hours after my appointment time. Staff could have cared less. Unprofessional staff except the physician. I would not recommend this place.

Nova health urgent care was so helpful giving me the care I needed to live. I've had respiratory issues for years. Almost yearly. They got me in of an orderly time without a long waited appointment or I wouldn't have made it. It was a great experience.

I went for primary check-up and was treated awesome. The appointment went smoothly with hardly any wait time. My doctor spent all the time I needed to answer any and all questions. The front desk girls were charming and helpful. Would highly recommend this office.

I sat there in intense pain fie for around 4 hours while people came and gone to get tested for covid one lady came in and had broken glass in her heal of her foot another one in intense pain,You would think that they would want to stop the pain we were in as quick as possible it was per torture there for awhile but I lived through it and thank you for a wonderful doctor taking that horrible pain away. Thank you danny loberg
