The cheerfullest Doctor I've ever been to. I had always had a good experience seeing him. Sometimes it takes awhile to you get to see him at an appointment, that's because his such a popular Doctor. He takes the time to answer all your questions in a cheerful way. You leave in a good mood after talking to him even though your upset about you eye problem.

I never saw Dr. Truong. I spent 80 minutes waiting to be called back for the examination and had to leave for work. I heard regular patients in the waiting room saying they always spent a long time waiting to be seen. After the first hour, I told the receptionist I would need to leave soon. She said she thought Dr. Truong would see me soon, but he did not, so after another 20 minutes, I said I would reschedule. Only if there is no other specialist in my provider network.
