Dennis Johnson's Online Review Report Card

My daughter has very high anxiety. From the moment she walked in to the moment she left she was less anxious than ever. The front office had nothing but smiles for her. She was seen by Dr Johnson, Dr Teel and Dr Nguyen. They made her comfortable and relaxed. The Dental Assistants were very good to her. Luz who is a Dental Assistant was the first one to see her. She understood my daughter’s anxiety and worked with her to relax her. The manager Kory even checked on her for me to let me know how she was doing. This was an extreme help. Definitely recommend!

One of the worst doctors I've ever had to deal with. He was completely condescending and for some reason, he couldn't understand why I wouldn't want to be awae as they're ripping out my wisdom teeth with barely any anesthetic. Absolutely barbaric, and I question his credibility. I definitely do not recommend seing this Doctor.

Dr. Johnson may be a well trained oral surgeon but he is not a caring Dr. I could handle his cookie cutter explanations and speeches about my care. I didn't dare interrupt his monologue with a question after being chastised the first time I tried. He is very arrogant. None of this behavior was worth writing this review though now after my last appointment it is. While having to have my front teeth pulled I was given nitrous and the usual shots. The procedure started well but when he went to pull my second of three teeth be pulled, I felt pain (not pressure) and let him know. He said it was impossible for me to be feeling pain and began to stick the needle all over in my mouth which would hurt and he would say it should hurt that's not where I am working and did this multiple times while yelling at me and getting all out of control with his tone. So much I eventually said sorry to try calm his outburst. I was sucking in nitrous as fast as I could breathe and it didn't even help once his behavior changed. After it was over I could tell he knew his behavior was foul and kept saying how well I did. But no apology for his Dr. Jekyll behavior. This was the third time I was in his care within 2 months and after this time I will not go back. Thank Goodness I am done with the work he had to do.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Johnson well minus the whole pulling of teeth and all. He put me completely at ease and the whole process for me it was painless. Although the next day I was very uncomfortable I called the office to see if this was normal and they immediately offered to see me so I could have peace of mind. From the time of the phone call to the time I was in the office it was less than an hour and a half and again was completely reassured that everything was going as it should. I would definitely recommend Dr. Johnson to any of my family and friends

W was very professional and caring informative about the procedures that I was going to have. Ended up completely painless for which I am thankful. And the next day when I thought I was having an issue they got me in within an hour to have the dr. Look at it and to reassure me everything was okay. I would definitely recommend him to a family member or friend

made me feel discriminated because my mother wasn't able to understand his terminology, maybe that's why he's already rated 2 stars. Although he shouldn't even have half a star.

Wonderful care!

I've had nothing but problems with this oral surgeon. In order to schedule my appointment I had to actually go into the office after leaving MULTIPLE voicemails requesting to be called back urgently. I finally got in for the appointment and they were 40 minutes behind on seeing their patients. The extraction experience was awful. I was not numbed all the way and felt every bit of my wisdom tooth coming out. Dr. Johnson was very rude and did not seem to have a care in the world about anything but his next day off. I am now having complications with the extraction site and once again, cannot contact the office.

Has to be the worst dentist ever! Don’t go to Dr. Dennis Johnson unless you like pain and someone with no sympathy. Was having a tooth removed and he gave me like 6 shots just to tell me he wouldn’t extract my tooth because it was to frustrating for him. It took like two minutes of trying to remove it before he gave up. I think he just wanted to go home and I was just too much, so I got 6 painful shots for nothing. Even told him I would try to avoid the pain and he said nope. Beware!!!!!
