Great people, they were so nice to deal with and super helpful. The doctor was super quick and probably the most professional I have ever dealt with. He explained it all and I can not believe how well he did with my prescription. I am seeing for the first time. Such a miracle.

Worth the wait! I scheduled two appointments (for myself and my wife) and the office staff clearly explained everything that I needed to know, including insurance billing details, plus scheduled our appointments when we needed them! When we came for our appointments, we waited a standard amount of time (15 mins or so) and received excellent care! They provided a brochure so I could setup my online profile with prescription info. Dr Morris was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend!

Very long wait times. Had to reschedule my appointment two times because they scheduled me in the wrong office. After finally getting in they had my appointment at 8am but I wasn't called back until after 9am. They front office staff did come up to me and let me know that the staff were in a meeting, but how is that really helpful? They should have made my appointment for 9am not 8am then. Back office staff were great with my four year old son! At the end of my appointment they asked me if I wanted to stay and pick out a glasses right then. I said of course because I was waiting months for this appointment as is. The sells lady at where you pick of your eyeware so completely rude!! So rude to my son that I just walked out.

After years of a positive trusting relationship things went very very wrong recently...communication, service delivery, billing and financial outcomes. An effort to sort things out elicited a bureaucratic, patient blaming respone...more like what Americans expect from the IRS. Our family is left to start over in this area of care.

Had a schedualed ,waited for two hours past the time. After waiting the Doctor and Nurse were etremely rud. Horrible, customer service! NEVER again!

They haven’t called me or my kids back any earlier than 20 minutes passed our appointment time for any of our appointments during the last year. They just force you to waste SO MUCH TIME with excessive waiting room periods. The nurses tend to be curt with kids, which is not great. But at least the doctors (that you only get to see for 3 minutes) are awesome.

Had an appointment for 07:35 am. lights off and no cars in the parking lot so sat in car and waited. At 08:00 saw people enter the door. I went in and was told they had to reschedule me as I was late. I told them the door was locked.
