The doctor was awesome. She got my loa forms squared away very fast and was very empathetic. I left smiling. A huge weight was taken off my shoulders.

Usually they are very good here , but I took my daughter last night for pain in her groin area and lower back. They did blood work and gave her a cortisone shot. Did not do any urine test or any other test to see if possible kidney infection or bladder infection. Was not very happy at all. Ended up having to go to E R a few hours later where they actually ran test and helped her

All the staff were super friendly, and did a good job. The lady at the front desk even gave me a bunch of free Ensures, which is greatly appreciated, because I struggle maintaining my weight. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Wait time was ridiculous. Almost an hour in the waiting room. Another hour in the exam room. Did not live up to the name urgent care. No one checked in on me at all the entire hour I was in the exam room. Fortunately, I didn't collapse or worse while in there. However, I must say, the PA who saw me was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful .

Waits are always long but Nicole was an excellent provider, could tell she was slammed with patients that day but she took the time to listen and helped in every way she could. Felt like I was in good hands.

I went in with my two littles and recieved fast and compassionate service. I was really glad they got me in so quick and addressed my children's health concerns.

This place was amazing! Everyone was kind, it was fast the doctor was awesome and Mikell CNA was incredible! I usually wait many hours at the emergency room because I didn't know about BestMed! I was referred by a friend and is couldn't have been treated better! Thank you! My issue is resolved! I will definitely return!

Horrible experience, I saw a doctor for a total of 3 minutes, after she just walked in no knocking, and she kept coughing non stop with no mask, and then rushed out of the room before I could even fully discuss anything with her. I then sat for 20 minutes waiting for her to come back just for a nurse to come in with discharge papers rushing me out. Had to go to another facility the same day to be properly seen. Absolutely horrific with no regard for the patient.
