My husband is thrilled with his new Hearing Aides from my Hearing Center in Klamath Falls Oregon. The staff was wonderful to work with. They were very professional on time. It just couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tony is very knowledgeable about hearing aids. Prior experience was not so good with last provider, but life is great now. I enjoy my new hearing aids so much I wear them all day every day. No pain, no irritation, no issues at all. I love the Bluetooth capabilities I can make phone calls or listen to my music in perfect clarity. Battery life is awsome 5-7 days. Service is awsome, scheduled cleanings and adjustments for free. Great company, great people, highly recommend. Even got rid of my tinnitus, not really, but masks it so well I never notice it anymore and it is bad. Don't hesitate to upgrade to new devices, money well spent. 2023, place is still helpful. They take care of my hearing aids twice a year, yearly hearing test, all for the purchase price. Great place to do business.

DO NOT SEE HARVEY AT KLAMATH FALLS OFFICE! He begins his relationship with you making you feel like he is 'there to help". I have been going to that office for over 20 years, having purchased 5 pairs of hearing aids and until now received excellent service. I was having some difficulty with my aides which Harvey was not able to fix and in fact made worse to the point I couldn't hear my husband's voice standing next to me. He saw me for a 3:30 pm appointment, messed around until 5:00 pm trying "his own fixes", and then shewed me out the back door asking that I return the next day at 8:30 a.m. I said "but I can't hear" which he replied "I know but I promise I will get you hearing tomorrow morning, I don't have any more time to work with you tonight". When I returned the next day for the 8:30 appointment, he was not there and after several texts by the receptionist to communicate with him, he finally showed up at 11:00. At 11:15 he opened the waiting room door, called another patient back who had been waiting 15 minutes and looked sternly at me and said, "you are going to have to wait". I said, "I have been waiting since 8:30", which he repeated "you are just going to have to wait". When he took the next patient at 11:45, and not me, I waited until noon and then left with no resolution. The receptionist was very kind and helpful but was limited to what she could do. Again, the first couple times I saw him he was great, but every appointment I have had with him he runs late, and, because I was also conscious of other patients, and mentioned their wait time, Harvey verbally expressed that "he didn't care how many people are waiting, he was helping me". Apparently, on that day he didn't care that I was one of those "people waiting" since 8:30 a.m. by special invitation by him. Understand at this point, my complaint is not about My Hearing Centers except that they have a real problem with their provider in Klamath Falls and needs to take appropriate action.

I only gave one star because it forces you to choose a star!!!! Do not see Harvey if you go here!!! He’s a terrible hearing technician that has no morals or care for his patients!! He’s a horrible person and left my grandmother high and dry without fixing her hearing aids after she had already been waiting 4 hours!!! He proceeded to see other patients after she had already been waiting 4 hours! He needs to be terminated and never have another job as a technician again! Harvey i hope you read this and know you made a mistake. The company vice president did give my grandmother a call and took care of her thank goodness, the company are good people. Just make sure you don’t have Harvey as a technician.
