It was so nice being able to check in online and not have to wait to get back to a room when I arrived. All the staff was comforting and thorough!

NOVA did a great job in helping out both myself and my son when we needed to be seen over the weekend. Their staff was friendly and caring. Their CMA gave my kids snacks to make them more comfortable and keep them happy during my appt. They were very thorough yet didn’t keep us longer than necessary.

The MA that roomed me and took my vitals, Emery, was awesome. He was pleasant and I appreciated his help. Everything else about my visit not so much.....the Dr I saw was abrupt, bordering on rude with absolutely no bedside manner. My prescription was not covered by my insurance because the Dr was not signed up with my insurance. The front desk person seemed to have absolutely no personality and was very short with everyone that came in. Having worked in Urgent care myself for the past 10 years I was expecting better and even though I understand how frustrating it can be to have to work weekends, patients still deserve to be treated as if they matter.

The staff at Basin Urgent Care are warm, welcoming, and very professional. I certainly recommend their care. My PA, Sierra, and her MA, Kelly, were kind and very efficient.

What is the point on getting online and setting up an appointment and then coming down here and sitting in the room for 45 minutes until somebody comes and helps. Ridiculous.

The wait was way to long. I went in before 2 and said it would be 3:30 before I could be seen. Receptionist gave me paperwork and said she would put me on list so i could come back at 3:30. I came back at 3:15 but wasn't seen until after 5. I was in there for a possible UTI! Just way too long to wait.I will say that everyone was really nice. When I did get in a room they were attentive. The doctor was very nice.I have talked to other people here who said long waits is the norm. Not sure if I would go back there again.It was Friday before Easter so they may have been short staffed.

Dr and staff were amazing. Dr Hughes was great with my toddler who had an ear infection got us in and out quickly and was very gentle with my grumpy kiddo

I got into Nova immediately. The staff was very friendly. Melissa listened to my problem and concerns and gave me the medical attention I needed and that I didn't get from my Primary.
