Was feeling ill and had all symptoms of Covid went in there and got tested. The doctor came back with result and just handed me the paper and said negative then walked out. There was no further examination as to what I could have had. Then I get home and after a few days my whole family gets sick and they all test positive for Covid. Had I had gotten the correct test result I could have quarantined longer to prevent giving it to my family, very upset.

I wish Nova could be my primary care provider. It is much easier and faster than who I currently have now. Kudos to Nova and their staff 👏. 👏. They always have met my medical needs. Thank you 😊 Nova!!!

Nurses and staff were super nice, genuine, the doctor… complete opposite. Rude, arrogant and also acts like he has only be in practice since Covid became a thing because he doesn’t know what to do if it isn’t Covid.

I have had a fine experience at Nova!! I am truly sorry to lose Dr. Hamblin - a wonderful doctor - so personable and caring of his patients! And the staff was also caring about the patients! I would be so happy if Nova Primary Care wasn’t shutting down.

10 I normally hate going to the doctor this was a very positive experience everyone was very kind and understanding and I couldn't be happier Just thank you for making it a pleasant experience

I have only been to nova to get Covid testing, however every experience I’ve had there has been very wonderful.All the employees that I have met have been kind friendly and willing to listen. They actually make you feel cared about and unfortunately that feels super rare to find sometimes! If you’re looking for a place to go get taken care of and be cared about nova is the place to go!
