I am diabetic. I had a piece of glass in my foot. He stood across the room from me then said he could not find it, nor see it. He recommended I go home. I will NEVER select him again in my life. Rude. Unprofessional. Condescending to female patients. Arrogant.

My 16 year old daughter had a cyst in her finger. His office,cascade East, set up an appointment with Moisa to have it removed. She was really nervous, Dr Moisa came in all upset and yelling at us saying that we were stupid if we think he could remove it in his office. He said that who ever set us there was stupid. I was shocked my daughter was crying..NEVER again will my family be seen by any doctor at Cascade East.
