I was pleasantly reminded of two things today: 'wait times' are no fun--but it is more 'okay,' when I realize some places have wait times... because they spend the time it takes to give good care to each person they see. Second, I appreciate providers (as happened today) that look at alternative causes. Definitely, LG Urgent Care is a big medical resource in this small community. They don't validate parking though.

I will not be coming back to this clinic nor will I refer anyone here. The receptionist and nurse were both very sweet while on the other hand, the Nurse Practitioner Zack, was far from it. Rude, inconsiderate, and not interested in hearing my concerns. Eye contact and a friendly persona can do wonders. He lacked all of those things and didn’t seem to even want to be there. It was a complete waste of money and time.

Stopped by the Urgent care..Had a good old yarn with Bri" she was all over over it!.. " nothing was in the too hard basket!!.. cracker place, any issues we had, were sorted straight away.. I found every body to be extremely helpful in every way. Any issues, head there id reckon! Thanks...

La Grande urgent care across from the La Grande public library has a amazing team of nurses and doctors! I highly recommend going there for any medical needs especially urgent ones! There team is quick, caring, kind and very thorough! They are also taking new patients!

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Mia checked me in with super sonic speed. Then I saw Naomi the medical assistant. Very quick.. Then I saw my provider Zack. He was very smart and reassuring. I will definitely be back if I have another health problem. This place is top notch!!!
