I am so happy that a friend recommended One Peak!!! My first visit Susan had blood tests taken and on my next visit she explained everything that was going on in my body. She slowly weened me off my anxiety medication and put me on vitamins I need. I am feeling so much better. They check on you regularly. They care!!! Thank you Susan!!!
I have been so happy with my experience so far! Prior to this, I've had a lot of disappointment with lack of sincerity or care, and doctors just prescribing medication as an easy answer that doesn't actually help. That is not the case here!! Susan asked all the right questions, truly wanting to understand where I'm at, and is working with me to better my overall health, but especially my stress levels/anxiety. The labs performed have been very insightful, and I have yet to feel rushed through an appointment.
I transferred my care here from the Eugene OnePeak Medical after moving to the Portland area. I am so thrilled with my experiences! My new provider I love even more. Overall, OnePeak is the best clinic to receive ACTUAL care!! My health has done a 180 and I’m completely off meds, no longer experiencing depression/anxiety and am so happy overall!
The front desk staff are great. The providers are profit focused. The clinic staff are extremely disorganized. It took me 7 weeks to get referrals, during which time I had multiple appointments and had to repeatedly remind my provider in person, call, and message them on the patient portal. They will only recommend treatments that insurance does not cover. They do not go through the proper channels to work with insurance and get things covered. They recommend medications that are not FDA approved to treat the problems they diagnose, so insurance won't ever cover it. When I asked them to pick a prescription that insurance would cover, I was told to call the pharmacy about their financial aid. They do not care if you can afford the treatments they recommend. For them, the goal was always something that wouldn't be covered by insurance. I was told to buy supplements from Fullscript so my provider could profit off of it. Meanwhile there are prescription supplements that would have treated me and cost me nothing out of pocket. Decisions about my care have been made without my input. Every time I come in, it's like my first appointment. My provider has no idea what my chart says. When I looked at my chart, I was really disappointed by the amount of incorrect information. My lab blood draws were marked for a time hours after I left the clinic, so how do I know if they were even mine? They write down things that I didn't say because they don't listen to what I did say, even with a scribe. I do not recommend this clinic for ongoing or primary care.
This is a great group. Very welcoming from the minute you walk in. No long wait times. Krista Espenship is very thorough and caring, as is her support staff. We need more holistic practitioners like them.
I can’t tell you how incredibly grateful and happy I am that I found one peak and Krista. I found this practice after general medicine continuously told me that nothing was wrong and I should lose weight and look into therapy. Krista ran labs to check all of my hormones and created a treatment plan for me. She also identified a candida overgrowth which I wasn’t even aware of. I can’t recommend her enough and so pleased with the experience so far.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
