List of Nova Health Urgent Care's Reviews
The staff there is exceptional. The providers and staff take the time to listen and always go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. So thankful they are here in Lebanon, it’s nice to have another option than Samaritan.
Excellent staff. The doctor who treated me took excellent care and took lots of time with me. The medical assistant was so amazing and caring. I will always return for urgent care needs.
Don’t normally review but given the times… charging almost $400 for a rapid covid test when there is nowhere else people can go for a rapid test is insane with online sold out etc . Making me wait 45min for 15min results (they said back in 15min at least) was already annoying and I could live with it and never write a review but seriously even with insurance that’s still over $200 bill for a $40 dollar test that should only take up 20-25min in a room at most, I get their is a cost for time but seriously this is unreal it’s not like I came in for more …. just a test because I was exposed and couldn’t wait for slow results/ I needed an answer asap to work. Basically would have been better to miss work for the week than get their ‘help’. That’s down right sad.
I had a very nice and helpful visit there.
The nurses are very unprofessional and rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
