Absolutely cannot recommend. Terrible management and the doctor himself sent unprofessional emails directly to the patient. 1. The MRI did not capture the full area of interest and he even admitted the area was missing slices while still claiming it was complete. 2. He misdiagnosed a finding then changed the diagnosis without explanation in an email. 3. A cyst causing bone loss in my spine was also missed but he insists it didnt matter AND my specialist cant fully visualize it since the whole area wasnt scanned. After much back and forth there was no resolution just unprofessional behavior and I had to pay out of pocket for another complete scan elsewhere before my surgery.

Have been going to Insight for several years.I am very impressed with the staff.Everyone is wonderful.  The MRI was quickand easy.  Definitely recommend Insight.

I just had a MRI at insite imaging and was pleased I have had four other MRIS and they have been difficult for me because I get very claustrophobic one of my MRIs at a different Location I was about 5 minutes in and I had to push the panic bitton and stop the whole process I just couldnt do it there MRI machine was to small and confining But at Insight imaging the technician there knew about me being clausrtophobic she was very thoughtful and a godsent she had me go in Feet first instead of Head fisrt into the MRI machine that calmed my nervosness a great deal and also before I made the appointment I heard there mri machines were bigger and  I checked and they were bigger this helped me alot im glad its over so thanks to all the staff

If you are claustriphobic like I am this is the best MRI lab I could find in the South Bay Area. They undertood my problem and were able to accomodate me very well. Their machine itself is newer has a slightly larger oprning than the old machines but more importantantly its a much shorter tube. So to scan my head I only had to be in up to my waist. I understand if its your lower body you go in feet first and never have you head inside. But most importantly they have parascope devices that most other labs dont offer. With this device on when your inside the tube your view is if the room outside of the machine not the cieling of the tube. Makes it completely comfortable. Also the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Overall it was the best MRI experience Ive ever had.

My 11year old completed a MRI in this center yesterday. They were able to get us in 3 days after being told it needed to be complete and the registration process online was super easy. I appreciated the staff downplaying the experience so that my daughter was anxious about the experience. She has had previous MRIs that have been made to be such a big deal and overly inflated this was nice and easy. Walked in did our thing and 1hour later out the door disc in hand. They allowed her to have the comfort animal MRI safe of course and spoke to her the whole time about the length of the scan and what to expect throughout. I was even able to sit with her so she knew I was close. Very clean and sophisticated looking machines. Overall wonderful experience.

Great service and up to date equipment. My MRI was only 18 minutes in their modern equipment. The MRI machine was far more open then previous MRIs. I had a positive experience at Los Gatos MRI.

I had some insurance issues and they helped me to resolve them quickly. The woman I spoke with was incredible They got me in quickly week of Christmas the office was clean all precautions taken for COVID technician was great it could not have gone better. Ten minutes after the MRI was done I had a CD with my scan. Very glad I used them
