I absolutely adore Dr. Spear. He has such a gentle approach and is super friendly. He speaks calmly and doesn't minimize what you are experiencing. I've been seeing him for a few years. He's just like a big hug and a chocolate cake in the medical world.I'm truly thankful for him and for how much time he takes to answer questions I have. He has never made me feel bad about any of my questions, he answers them without hesitation. As a female it's refreshing being taken seriously in the medical world especially when it's concerning my heart. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Spear.

44 year old female who first med Dr. Spear in the ER for afib. About a month later I continued to have problems and did my own research and came to Dr. Spear with my concern. He listened to me without hesitation I have had panic attacks for 4 years and I have POTS Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome it causes adrenaline surges like panic He diagnosed meand he is always there when I need him Best cardiologist in the NW I came here and found out he has 5 stars Well deserved

Dr. Spear first met me when I was experiencing frightening chest pains. He very quickly identified the problem and set about fixing it. 2 years later he saved my life by recognising and successfully treating Acute Myocarditis. He has NEVER in the ensuing 11 years let me down. His care has been exemplary and his friendly caring manner never changes even when I am worrying over nothing. You can absolutely trust this Doctor.

Dr. Spearss front office staff was very courteous and caring. The medical assistant was very caring and efficient also.Having been a NW Cardiovascular office patient for several years I can assure you that you will be treated with compassion the latest knowledge update applied to your specific issue and all the physicians in the office really listen.I recommend Dr. Spears plus all in his office.I am a nurse and I know good customer service and medical attention when I see it. This office and especially Dr. Spears gets my 5 Stars for sure
