I had cut my foot, and it need attention. I haveKaiser Permanente, which would leave me a drive to Salem. NOVA takes Kaiser, this saved me a drive and time. They were great at NovaThe Receptionist, Nurse, and Physicians assistant are top notch.

This place is out of sorts! Terrible communication from all of the staff. I broke my foot & was told to come back in for a reassessment to extend my work release. After waiting an hour they finally come out to say they can't help me & I should go to the emergency room. & the time before the Doctor gave me very little instructions of my injury & didn't even show me x rays as of rn all I know is my foot is broken. I'm in a lot of pain & they never even mentioned a prescription. This place just isn't helpful

Everyone there, from when you first step inside to when they take you to the back was friendly, helpful, professional and caring. I was there with my 13 year old granddaughter. Her nervousness was gone right away because of the way she was treated by the staff and actually commented when we left that she liked them would go there before any where else. Good job girls, you are all awesome!

Went in to nova health mcminnville with the most painful compacted earwax build up in my ear. The staff here took great care of me. Gave me medicine to help with the nausea and dizziness while they were working in my ear. Helped keep me calm as I have terrible anxiety and even made me laugh a few times. Highly recommend this place over any other urgent care. Great staff, great care. 5 stars from me.

Literally useless. Wait time was almost twice as long as I was told, they are not able to check for UTIs in house because they 'don't have a microscope' and it takes days to get results through culture. Their doctor was just totally rude for no reason? She didn't like what i said? I don't get why anyone would go here. They also cost between $280-$400 (average) according to their front desk staff, even for minor things.

The doctor was absolutely amazing she was very friendly to my rambunctious 5 and 7 year old boys and the staff/nurse was just as nice I just had a really awesome experience there my kids are easily spooked by things at the doctors and all the staff handled it really really well if I ever have an issue that's urgent I will definitely be returning! I honestly wish the doctor could be our primary care!
