Nova Health Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Jamie (the doctor in urgent care in mcminnville) as well as the staff were extremely helpful yesterday during our visit to their facility. I took my son in and we got seen within 20 minutes. They took two tests to double check the results and even had one of the nurses take the same test to triple check the outcome. That is above and beyond. Also, I had some follow-up questions today. I called and left a message with the receptionist and the doctor got back to me in less than half an hour and answer all of my questions with complete detail. In the future I will be taking my kids there and I will be going there myself, when needed. We got wonderful service and I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a great experience at Nova. The staff was all very kind and compassionate about my pounding migraine. They even dimmed the lights in the lobby to make it more comfortable. They seemed like they cared a lot about how I was feeling and I highly recommend this place!

I have been here twice; once for a child's illness and once for myself and both experiences have been pleasant. The online check-in process is SO simple. The reception is kind, nurse/aid is always extra courteous and both times Eric was the NP on duty. Eric listens well, has good bedside manner and is efficient. Very rapid service.

I came here for a covid test and have never had such a positive health care center experience. All the staff were incredibly nice and understanding of my medical anxiety. The chairs are size inclusive which was amazing to see. Everything ran so smoothly. I wish they could be my primary care provider.
