If I could give a -5 ⭐️ I would! Waited till the day before to CANCEL my appointment for THEIR screw up that should have been clear at the time of scheduling. This would have been my first appointment with them. And after over 6 MONTHS of MULTIPLE attempts,multiple “lost”paperwork and waiting on a waitlist to get in! I am one VERY unhappy and further unhealthy camper!! If you’re thinking about this place DONT! Find another clinic. Don’t get your hopes up when you see their docs are taking on new clients it’s the worlds biggest lie!! And don’t bother asking either on getting an ETA on a timeframe for their “waitlist” either you’ll just be told I don’t know we are back logged and told to go the hospital if your urgent enough!! The whole flipping point of a primary care is to get things taken care BEFORE YOU END UP NEEDING TO GO THERE DUE TO LACK OF ROUTINE CARE YOU NUMB SKULLS!! If my insurance wasn’t such a pain I’d be going else where.

Everyone is always so nice and caring. Dr.hull is the best she is a down to earth and realistic. She does whatever she can to help her patients. She dont like denial and she dont like when patients dont take her words seriously. And she does like the fact when a patient is proactive and at least trys to do what they ne3d to do to better there health. 5 stars just for her.

This place is the worst!!! So unprofessional. I called today and spoke to a lady named Lucy or Judy can’t even remember. I had an accident on Friday, missed three days of work called on Monday to request a note for my work! I was told I wouldn’t be able to get a doctor note for 4-5 business’s Days! At that point I’m fired from work from not providing a note. How pathetic. Doctors notes are needed for work purposes and it’s going to take that long! PATHETIC. Was told because they only have one person to do all those letters. SURE

Can never get a hold of them over the phone. Always has me waiting for hours on the phone. Even when I got sent to get some lab work done in office they had me waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours until I decided to go home instead.
