Unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly with a very difficult diagnosis. His staff is equally 5 star.

my aunt had a pancreatic bx, he told her and her family to "go home and spend time with her" pretty much wrote the family off with a dx of pancreatic cancer. did not follow up. no bedside manner whatsoever. Medford and Asante Rouge, you need to do better.

Dr. Mougey saved my life! If not for him fixing a hole in my gastric sleeve I would not be here. For the last year I have been having sever pain when I eat. Again, Dr. Mougey fixed it with a balloon. I do not know the details, what I do know is now I eat pain free. This doctor is top notch in my book.

I have seen Dr Mougey two times. Each time he was so kind. It is not easy being told you have cancer but I knew I was in great hands. His staff is so caring and always answered my questions. Thank you for making a bad experience so easy!

Honestly I don't like giving bad reviews, but holy cow! I was seen by this doctor 3 1/2 years ago, he ran some test because I was in pure misery with pain, and after 3 months, he said he didn't know what I had and possibly it was just in my head. He later (after that visit) prescribe me some medication.When I went to Wallgrens, the pharmacist asked why was I taking that, I explained it was for my stomach, and the pharmacist said that the meds were for depression. So freaking mad I stop going there. Long story short, Urgent care at Asante was nice enough to figure my problem out, and it was a condition.

Very caring. Quickly diagnosed cancer and was able to get treatment quickly. Excellent communication.

Dr. Mougey was the ONLY Dr. who was able to find my esophageal difficulty, although I had seen numerous specialists in California, and here. He's my hero! He listened to ALL of my symptoms, he ran a gazillion tests, and after months, he came up with the difficulty. I am so, so grateful. is an AMAZING diagnostician and has helped me find my way with my difficulties. He listens to me, he respects me, and he really hears what is best for me. I recently visited Dr. Mougey for endoscopy and colonoscopy. He was beyond professional, caring and empathetic. Clear explanation of procedures and results. Just little things really got me about his approach to treatment. He bent down to make sure he was eye level with me during prep, which was beyond comforting as I hate hospitals. His whole team was fantastic, they made the experience as pleasurable as possible. Meant a lot to me. Thank you all!!! Sam
