Advanced Orthopedics's Online Review Report Card

Had my appointment in September 2022 and can't get the staff to listen so I can get a Request for Services sent to the VA because I'm a veteran who needs a hip issue addressed. The prior authorization for the MRI Dr Jones is requesting hasn't been sent. I get told I will get a call back and then I hear crickets. I have tried to explain this to the authorization department and was told they will send an email. What is this the stone ages? Pick up a phone and call community care like the veteran has to do to check the status of the request. It's really frustrating when patient care is not top priority and you have to wait months for a answer. I'm in pain and trying to advocate for myself and then get shut out with no communication. Accountability is really important in healthcare. So is communicating with your patients. Don't go here if you're a veteran because no one cares to listen. Patiently waiting for healthcare.

A miracle worker. Great bedside manner and both Dr. Metwally and his staff went above and beyond in battling my health provider to get my hip replacement covered. I'm a large man and the work performed had me pain free immediately post op, up the next day, and walking without any aid for the first time in over a year within a week of the completion of surgery. Thank you for providing me a quality of life again!

Dr you looked at me my X-rays and made a decision to do both hips. That was such a relief to me that I cried when you left the room! Thank you!.

After seeing multiple doctors for shoulder pain I got referred to Dr collie and he quickly found the issue. Dr. Collie performed shoulder surgery and I made a full recovery with no further pain. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Daniel Jones. I had been suffering increased hip pain and mobility issues for 2 years. I had managed to lose 30+ lbs. during the pandemic but I was still 10 lbs. over the BMI limit for Ashland Hospital and my surgery was canceled. (And we were due to move across the country in 6-7 weeks!) Dr. Jones and his staff scrambled to see me and set me up for surgery at Providence in Medford one week from my original date in Ashland. Dr. Jones was incredibly sympathetic and equally clear about the procedure and the post op instructions. His performance has matched his stellar education and internships. My recovery has been phenomenal. I only wish Dr. Jones would relocate to Pennsylvania for my future knee replacements!

Because Dr Jones was so rude very condescending, was trying to argue with me I need a hip replacement I have a moderate tear in my hip which is bigger I’m sure I am m so much severe pain we didn’t even know when we could leave never shakes our James and never said bye or thank you nice to meet you thanks Teffany

I had a full hip replacement done yesterday and there isn’t enough space for all of the amazing things that I have to say about Dr. Metwally and his entire staff at his office and also at Grants Pass Surgical Center. Dr. Metwally’s care, compassion and skills are top-notch. I am so thankful that I came across this ad on Facebook (and thankful for my phone listening to me complain about my bad hip ). Thank you to everyone that assisted in my care.

Best surgeons in town . Dr. Metwally Did my right hip replacement and told me I Would know when the left one would need to be done. He was right.
