I've had Dr. Jones for many many years and always had good experiences until yesterday. I've never been treated so rude and uncaring as I was, I was so disappointed. He seemed to be having probs with his staff but that is not an excuse to be rude to your patients. He told me no one should die of colon cancer, saying this to a person who lost her husband just 5 months ago FROM COLON CANCER. omg

I was Dr. Alan Jones patient for many years. He took excellent care of me and was never rude or impatient with me even when I was a pain in the neck. He always treated me with compassion. I left his practice when his second wife began to manage his office. She was terrible to the patients. When my Dr. of twenty years relocated, I returned to Alan Jones' practice, and I'm now being treated by his son , Jonathan. Both are excellent physicians.

Terrible. Tiny arrogant little man. Too busy lecturing patient about his opinion on subjective topics to listen to patient complaints. Took time out of visit to complain about patients asking questions during exams. Double billed for multiple service visits during same visit costing this patient of $110 for what has always been an employer paid annual visit. Doctor opted to discuss a medication that was no longer needed and decided to charge that as an entire visit during same time frame as scheduled visit.

Very personable, excellent communication including e-mail and electronic records. Appointments available usually within the same week, and sometimes the same day, if needed. Excellent support staff. As the son of a family practice physician and being a physician myself, I can appreciate the challenges of medical practice these days, and Dr Jones does it all very well.
