Asante Family Medicine Murphy's Online Review Report Card

I was shocked by the low ratings on here for this office. I love my doctor at Asante. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. She takes all of my concerns seriously, and she really knows about conditions, prescriptions and treatment options. And she really took care of me when I had the flu. This isn’t the emergency room. It’s a family medicine practice. I highly recommend.

I have been a client here for about 5 years now and after amber watts left the practice 3 years ago I have not been taken serious at all. Unfortunately due to the lack of amount of health care providers I can not switch providers. I have been sick for weeks with several issue but yet when I call to see someone in person it's booked out for months and they only offer video chat with a random provider to suggested to take a pregnancy test.. I honestly have been going to the er and paying for it the last few years since it's actually impossible to be taken seriously at this office. To add on the receptionist are 70% rude or say they will have the doctor call you but never actually passes on the message, I have had to complain multiple times yet it continues to happen.. I give this place a full heartily thumbs down.

My 8 month old tested positive for RSV at providence . They also did and X-ray that showed sever complications. Her Dr had her transported to Asante for admission where the haven’t done anything. They couldn’t get an iv in so the just forgot it. The baby is vomiting up everything and even though that is something that has to stop before discharge the mentioned sending her home. Her Dr from providence said 48-72 hours, it hasn’t even been 24 yet. I hate this hospital!!!!! Go to provider if you care about your loved ones.

High-risk cardiac patient, comes in for known MI symptoms. Standard MI protocol (blood, ekg, x-ray). Left in the waiting area for hours. No one checked on me. No telemetry, no fluids, oxygen. Nothing. I could've been dead and they would have never known

Standard of care is the lowest it’s been to date since Asante knowingly fired tons of experienced and talented healthcare workers. I would not recommend going here if you want quality care - Providence is a better alternative.

If I could give negative numbers, I would. Their "leadership" should be ashamed; are you reading Scott, Mick, Robert and Kristi?

While it is great to have a huge medical center what good is it if you dont have the support staff to make things happen. Yesterday i spent 40 mintues on hold trying to make an appointment. I finally gave up and went to mychart where there were no appointments avaiable for the rest 9f the year!!!!! When i tried to get my FASTING lab work done the wait was 1.5 hours i was told to return in the afternoon. nothing to eat for close to 24 hours, i gave up went home. Niw i m told i need an appt before i can get my meds refilled!!!SERIOUSLY how is that to happen when I cannot get an appt??????

Don’t waste your time at this place. Providence is much more caring and compassionate. Asante need’s to wake up and start focusing on their patients and compassion. You can be vaccinated and boosted and you still can’t see anyone. Providence realizes people need to be seen in person. The show compassion and kindness no matter what is wrong with you. Beside Asante just will refer you to providence urgent care anyways!! Asante needs to treat their staff better and the patients. Maybe then the staff will also treat the patients better?? Just a thought right?

Wasted my time by neglecting to mention that if your provider leaves their employment, current prescriptions are no longer valid.
