Dr Benard is absolutely amazing. She is by far the most caring loving doctors I have ever met. The whole staff has been awesome to me. They always answer my phone calls. When I am in the office they are so beyond sweet and caring. I absolutely have fallen in love with everyone there. I felt so much peace and at home even though the situation I am in isn’t the best.

The first time I went for my 2nd baby it was a really nice experience. The UTechnitian was really nice and good and I got to see and talk to the dr. Then, they asked me to come for 2 more ultrasounds and the UTech I got was a difference lady, her name was Brooke according to my midwife. She was not as nice as the first technitian, she did my 2nd and 3rd consecutive ultrasounds and she did not talk to me during the whole time of my ultrasounds and was visibly frustrated with my unborn baby because the baby was "making it difficult" for her to get good pictures. If I asked her a question she seemed annoyed, she made me feel she didn't like me or my baby or that something was wrong and didn't wanted to tell me. During my 2nd and 3rd ultrasounds I left feeling anxious and unhappy with the way the tech treated me. The dr did not come to see me during these visits and some times I suspected she was not looking at my ultrasounds because the time between 'Brooke' going to show her the images and coming back was literally 1-2 minutes. Also, for my 3rd ultrasound they sent three bills!! and I am still paying for them although the 3rd visit was the worse in terms of service and professionalism.

Not impressed at all. I experienced a very frustrating situation all due to lack of experienced staff and lack of communication between staff. I went in at 11 weeks pregnant, the lady couldn't draw blood. It hurt while she attempted to draw my blood but she just ended up quiting and bruised my arm. She then gave me a kit that I had to take to an Asante urgent care the next week to get my blood drawn elsewhere for the nips test ( to get gender of baby and test health of baby). I was so frustrated that I had to go out of my way to get my blood drawn again. That following week, I ended up going to three different urgent cares on 3 different days, and the White City location twice on separate days. All because each center told me they weren't able to draw my blood for the test! I swear, it was so infuriating since I live out near Shady Cove and wasted so much time and gas all because the staff weren't on the same page. I finally ended up giving up and went to my OB where they drew my blood in no time and it didn't even hurt. I showed her the kit and she told me that the inexperienced nurse gave me the wrong kit as well! Apparently she gave me the kit for twins which I was obviously not having. She also checked mark the box that I don't want to know the gender when I specifically told them that I do. Never going back to this place again.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Very caring and professional. I went twice so far and never waited more than 5 mins to go back. Highly recommended for all expecting mothers! Thank you for being so great MFM!

I love Dr. Khan. His staff is amazing. I've never met more caring people in my life. The entire team feels like my family.

Dr. Bernard is an incredible doctor and she really makes sure you are taken care of.

What words do you use to describe the people who saved your daughters life? Dr Bernard and Dr Kahn went way more than above and beyond for our family. We had ultrasounds twice a week for 9 weeks untill Dr Bernard delivered our daughter through emergency Csection on her day off. When I had to go to OHSU during my pregnancy, Dr Kahn and the office staff donated the money to get us there that night because it was the day before our payday and we hadn't planned for a last minute trip to Portland. I cannot explain how truly grateful iam for this office and all of its staff. They made us feel at ease through a very difficult and scary time in our life.

Wonderful staff and very well organized office. I cannot praise Dr. Bernard enough, she is attentive and incredibly caring
