Company’s should stand by it employees not fire them for political games.

Shame on you Asante! Your last years hero’s are now disposable like garbage huh? That’s the thanks they get for working in such a high stress exposed environment. These workers showed up every day and gave everything they have for you to now dismiss them like they are nothing. If this is how you treat you employees I’m very concerned with how you treat your patients... Your image is now in the toilet and it’s deserved. Do better and reverse your policies! Your dedicated, hard working compassionate employees deserve that!

So many of the staff at Asante are being forced out. All employees should have the right to choose whether they want to take the shot or not. Getting good healthcare should not have to include having a shot forced upon you. Shame on you Asante!

I fortunately have a great immune system; but my doctor is employed by Asante and while she hasn't pushed the unconstitutional, experimental vaxxine on me personally, she has tried to convince my husband that he should have it. No thank you, to your policies, your treatment of employees and beliefs in this political nightmare! SHAME ON YOU ASANTE!!

I have not only worked for Asante in the past, but it the only hospital system I have ever chosen to use. Now I am hearing story after story from staff members hearing their coworkers making comments like "they're unvaccinated, they can wait", "that's what they get for not being vaccinated" and the worst "I hope they die"(because they're not vaccinated, this was an ER doctor). I am seeing email after email (that are being shared on FB) from Asante putting their unvaxxed staff on leave of their jobs and Asante will (attempt) to fill their jobs if they don't go against their personal and religious beliefs and get the jab. This is not only against employees protected constitutional rights, but it's unethical and uncalled for. As a healthcare system it is literally your job to protect people. It is your job to protect every person, regardless of their beliefs and choices. This should include your own staff. If a dying person decided not to get life saving blood, you would not discharge them and tell them to go somewhere else. If a person that just hit someone because of drunk driving needed surgery, you couldn't refuse to do everything neccessary to save them. If a person with AIDS needed to be seen in the ER, you wouldn't treat them differently. Why are you willingly discriminating against the people that have chosen to stick by your side throughout this pandemic? March of 2020, staff were told that there were limited masks and to wear the same one all day. That was good enough protection for themselves and for their patients. September of 2021 those same staff members are being told that if they do not inject a chemical into their body with unknown long term effects, and known adverse reactions according to the CDCs Vaers tracking website that they will lose their jobs. Despicable! Shame on You! Losing your job is NOT a reasonable accommodation. How are you going to be able to treat people in need with half of your existing staff gone? You're going to hire traveling nurses at a higher wage? So hospital bills for the people that are already struggling will be even higher? There is already a shortage of staff, which then means a shortage of beds. You really think that firing half of your staff is going to help that situation? Seems like you're putting politics before people's needs.

After going to Asante for Covid I experienced discrimination from Dr. Jennifer Hall in the ER in Medford, Oregon because I was unvaccinated. Dr Hall and Asante is the worse and they are discriminating towards patients with covid who are unvaccinated and towards employees who are unvaccinated. Dr Hall would not treat me and sent me home. If you are sick or needing medical treatment don't go to Asante

Stop the mandated! Let it be a personal medical decision.

the healthcare workers who have tirelessly worked throughout the pandemic without proper PPE deserve body autonomy and more respect. Boo to Asante for leaving them behind.

They’re communist Nazi’s- demanding all their employees be vaccinated for a cold and taking away the deserved income of hard workers!! Management should be ashamed of themselves! Don’t go to Asante- they will be even more short staffed soon and don’t know how to take care of their own employees!

Your Covid policy is disgusting..you have your full staff of talented dedicated nurses working through the past 18 months. Capable of protecting themselves and their families…now because of a ridiculous mandate you are going to lose your staff. Your administration is a disgrace. I hope they all abandon your facility and Asante goes BROKE. You deserve it for your total disregard of your staff.
