I have had to stay one time or another in all 3 of the valley's hospitals. This hospital RVR by far is the best. The rooms always pristine in cleanliness, and comfort. As far as hospital the most comfortable. The staff and Nurses the best. I've never had an unpleasant experience. Everyone has always been so very kind and helpful. even above and beyond! I had during one stay a reaction to some medication, the nurses searched and found me a back scratcher!! That. put me in heaven!! also found me a cord and charger for my phone as I had come in through the ER. sadly I've a lot of experience with hospitals, and this hospital is where you want to stay, if a hospital stay is something you will be needing. The food was better a couple of years ago, hopefully they will correct that.

went there last night took my brother for a high blood pressure we where there for 4 hours put him in a room doctor never came in his room to check him out so he just walk out off the room and we left all for emergency sucks

Usually they are amazing. Everyone. But lately they have been a little rude. The last few encounters. The last time I went into the ER I felt like my situation wasn't really taken seriously and that no one actually looked at what my issue was and actually paid attention to my concerns.

Was disabled while working for rrmc. They destroyed me physically and financially for the rest of my life. I got an infection in my blood that was "not normally found in the blood" according to their report and concluded I gave it to myself. 2mo in hospital, 1 mo infusion, one operation to remove some infection and necrotic tissue resulting in permanent nerve damage.

I'm got a 10K bill from this hospital, and I have never been to a hospital in Oregon in my life.

One of the worst hospitals in regards to employee appreciation. Can't say anything about quality of medical care. But from my experience and dealings with the community, this is not a good place to work. Employees are not treated well, upper management lazy and inept, lack of overall proper staff training.
