I had a realy positive experience here. I was so nervous going in for my sleep study . My tech Christian was professional, kind, and explained everything very well. Thank you!

I had to do 2 night time studies and the MSLT daytime nap study here. The second night time study went straight into the MSLT study and both of the techs Mitchel (night tech) and Gretchen (day tech) were so friendly and helpful. Mitch refrigerated the food I brought and even brought me a snack I asked for right before bed, that I had him put in the fridge earlier. They were understanding when I had a hard time finding the entrance at night and was a tad late and he was also understanding when I had to go back to my truck to get a medication I forgot. Gretchen was very kind and made me feel comfortable and able to sleep ij my normal pattern because I didn't feel as uncomfortable knowing they were watching and dictating to me the entire time.

Be careful with these people. I allegedly looked over medicated when they woke me up at 6 am after my study was over. Even though there was no complaint or issue with the staff when I arrived. They suspended my license with no investigation or warning and called me PCP and told her I was over medicated. They also told my Doctor I kept denying a “taxi voucher” or another way home, they didn’t tell my Doc that I told them my Uncle was taking me home. Be careful be careful be careful!

Just saw Dr Henderson and she was fantastic Absolutely great in her care and concern but man was it overwhelming

I'm just glad I read the reviews first to save me all the pain and agony those patients went through, I will be making calls elsewhere.

Beware this place is designed to separate you from your money. Unnecessary procedures and non transparent pricing abound. Went here and ended up paying hundreds out of pocket for unnecessary sleep study when the take home kit tells them the same info. By the way, the in office sleep study costs about $5000 for the same info that the cheep take home kit gives. Then insult to injury they send you to NorthWest Medical for the actual C Pap machine. This place charges your insurance up to 3 times more then the machine is worth and you have to rent the damn thing for 10 months and it sends your sleep info directly to the insurance company. NOT YOUR DR, YOUR INSURANCE GETS YOUR INFO. Then pay more for the parts to make it work correctly. By the time you are done you have paid more here and had your privacy violated then if you had taken that prescription and bought the same Cpap online. F these people and F this medical system. It’s just a BIG SCAM.

Be prepared to wait an hour for your appointment. They are always 40 to 60 minutes late. The staff is short and make you feel rushed. The provider Melodee Badley is very high energy, pleasant and explains things well. The wait times are ridiculous and then they make you feel rushed to get out of there.

If your health is at risk, these people don’t care. My husband has been trying to get his appointment for over a year. He needs a C-Pap machine, and we can’t afford it without our insurance, so we started going through all the medical hoops to get one. We had to go to his primary care doctor, who then referred us to a pulmonary sleep consultant. Who then referred us to the Asante sleep center. We were told it would be 2-3 months before they called us to make an appointment. The sleep center called us 2 weeks later while we were on our honeymoon and never left any message. 3 months after we were supposed to have been given an appointment date, we called to check in. That’s when they say, “We called you months ago, and we do have it on record we never left a message or called again. But it’s been over 6 months, so you need to get referred again. And the only person in the entire Rogue Valley that is authorized to do that is on leave for 5-6 months.” Asante sleep center dropped the ball on this yet my husband and I have to suffer for it. They need to admit fault, find a way to renew the referral themselves, and get my husband in for a sleep study, just so they can agree with every other doctor we’ve seen, and ‘prescribe’ a cpap. Terrible communication, maybe these people shouldn’t be working in healthcare.

My Dr. sent them a referral, and I called them to ask if they received it which they had. She told me they would contact me, which was 10 days ago, still no call !!!

Well the Medical Director got my chart on the 1st, no call, no word, have to call back in a week! Desperately ill here!
