Had to get a required TB test for work. Arrived early in the morning and there were 4 people already waiting ahead of me. 45 minutes later, after several people that arrived after me were seen I had to leave for work. Very disappointed, will ask my employer for an alternative provider. Very poor service.

Dr. Wilson is great! Heidi and Shelby, at the reception desk, are both very helpful. Along with a great sense of humor, they know their jobs well and always make you feel valued. I look forward to interacting with them on my scheduled visits.

They take forever. Especially considering all I had to do was pee in a cup. No reason I should’ve waited 2 1/2 hours just to get checked in. Absolutely ridiculous.

In my times there, Dr. Wilson and staff are all very professional and very nice. Dr. Wilson is a good listener and I really saw zero unprofessional actions whatsoever. He listened to me and I feel he believes me, which when dealing with SAIF is saying a lot. If u have a choice in selecting, I highly recommend Dr. Wilson. Sincerely, Mike Watkins

I have had to schedule hundreds of annual physicals and drug screens for employees, the ladies that work here are super sweet, organized, and helpful. Out of three years of working with them I’ve barely had any mix ups. (Mostly employees forgetting or missing appointments). They work great with time constraints and squeezing people in. The doctors are also great with opening up schedules to fit people in. I have received zero complaints from 70+ employees, (traveling from Klamath to Medford) the doctors (mainly Dr. Wilson) are efficient and knowledgeable in the fields we tested our employees for. Respirators, hearing, vision, xrays, etc. Definitely reccomend.

My husband was seen for a work injury, and had a great doctor (Dr. James Benton). Unfortunately, for some reason my husband’s appointments were then scheduled with Dr. Timothy Wilson. Dr. Wilson is completely unprofessional. He walks out of the room when his patients are in the middle of talking without so much as an “I’ll be right back.” And Dr. Wilson doesn’t take my husband seriously when he expresses concerns about his injuries. Plus, he took my husband off of his work restrictions (and physical therapy) causing his injuries to worsen. I do not recommend this specific Dr. Wilson to anyone, but Asante Work Health as a facility is ok.
