Dr. Konecne doesn't hide that she doesn't care about you, your opinions, your beliefs, or even your own experience of your medical conditions. She and her MA show absolutely no caring, empathy, or regard for who you are as a person. She will not hesitate to shut you down - to your face - and expect you to take it. If you are an educated person and seeking a PCP, don't bother with this one. She even lacks basic medical knowledge.

Dr. Konecne and her assistants fail to show empathy when dealing with sensitive news. They ordered my mother to undergo additional testing without ever explaining why and then delivered a serious diagnosis to my mother via voicemail with just the direction "you need to lose weight." This left my family and I scrambling to understand the diagnosis alone. When contacted further, Dr. Konecne's staff failed to understand how unprofessionally they acted.

She seems burnt out. Does not seem to care about her patients. I called in on a Saturday to be seen for severe stomach pain and got an appointment booked. Less then 20 minutes later they called and said the doctor said she couldn't do anything for me really and that I should come in on Tuesday because they'd have imaging there then. Seriously wait 3 days in severe pain and she recommends waiting... Makes total sense.... Not! Not the only time I have had issues with her...
