My experience with Dr. Winters and the practice he is at was completely negative. So much so I filed a complaint with the medical board. I was overprescribed medications requiring me to have to use them for the rest of my life now. In addition, I could not even get anyone to explain the results of the procedure he performed. It has been over a year, and I still don't understand the results.

Dr Winters and Colette Davis ruined my life. I never had bad heartburn in my entire life. They overprescribed medications according to my PCP and now I can't live without medications. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Medical Board, but they did not seem to care. I offer new patients a stern warning, if you have a choice stay far away. You can thank me in another life.

This man is disgusting and arrogant. Treating OHP patients like garbage, and leaving Barret's esophagus patients without treatment.

BEWARE!!

The worst specialist I have encountered in nearly 60 years. If you do not care about your or your family's wellbeing, then Dr Winters the right one for you. If you see him, bear in mind I warned you.

After 5 months of begging for the results of a procedure he performed, he still won't tell me the results. I have filed a complaint with the Oregon Medical Board. I highly advise you to stay way or accept subpar care.

This Dr was very rude and sarcastic with me. I have been battling my health for a year & in search for answers. Dr. Said nothing looked wrong but denied me any help to pursue any answers, joked about putting an ulcer in me & then proceeded to say what he could tell me is that I am an emotional wreck (I've been battling my health for a year with no answers, it's caused a lot of fatigue & stress and my eyes started to well having yet again, no answers.) Dr. Winters got in my face to escort me out of the facility never calling my emergency contact ( I was put under for my procedure & was told to not drive) because I was so taken back by how inappropriate he was & I asked him "What kind of Dr are you?" All I wanted was help, maybe guide me to my next move? What can I do next? I explained the pain I have been in.. & this was the result. I just paid 1,000 for a Dr to insult me & chase me out of the facility.

He entered the room to introduce himself, minutes before my procedure, and instead scolded me for “berating his staff.” One woman had called me by my birth name instead of preferred name over the phone, to which I politely explained there was a preferred name. She apologized and that was that, it felt like a very positive exchange. How do I trust he gave me good service and did his job if he felt it was okay to rip me a new one for no reason right before a surgery? It was jarring and incredibly unprofessional how he chose to handle things.

Called to schedule an appointment. Your front desk woman who answered the phone was rude and short with me. She said you have to wait to be called to schedule a follow up, when i explained we are trying to get things set up for our elderly grandmother she said it wouldnt be till august. i told her my grandmonther was suppose to be seen in 1-2 months and her response was "i doubt that". Its monday morning, if your that rude and short already i would hate to see how she speaks to a patient calling on a friday.
