I go here at least twice a month and everyone is friendly and helpful. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes, and they put all my appointments in MyChart so it's easy to see when they are. I love the light from the big windows in the main waiting room and the variety of seating (tables and comfy chairs!).

Doctors, nurses and social worker continue not to return my calls, request for help. Promising to call me back with information and nothing. Upon checking out I am always told we will call you to schedule your next appointment and they never call. I have to call to remind them to schedule me. Do they care about their patients? Do they realize what we as patients are going through? Very disheartening that these medical proffesionals treat their patients. What am I supposed to do, where else can I go for treatment? My last visit I had a manager and the social worker who has not helped one bit corner me in my exam room. The manager said to me that "we obviously aren't meeting your expectations." I said I have none. The Social Worker needs to help me. I said I have cancer and needs financial help. His reply "you're not the only one here with cancer." Wow!! I still can't believe he said that. Still no help with finances, support groups.

Drove 30 miles each way just to find out that my appointment had been rescheduled. No email, call, or text. Then they messaged my provider blaming me. Definitely not a very good first impression.

Beautiful facility and very nice staff. Also very happy with the oncologist who is both smart and caring.

Worst place ever! Cancer patients are essentially paying for the new building and services due to them charging hospital fees for routine visits/labs. The billing supervisor never calls you back and they love overcharging for everything! Wish they would have never made the switch from HOA. It's cheaper to go to Stanford or OHSU then here, very sad..
