I felt comfortable with Dr Cook. He is very knowledgeable about the heart and made good recommendations, the last of which put my heart in NSR where it has stayed for over a year. He's also nice and cares about vets.

In regards to Dr. Coward's office and staff. (Room 300) The customer service and patient guidance is the worst I have experienced in all of Rogue Valley. They are damaging their own reputation that's going up in flames by turning patients away for being 60 seconds late and causing mental trauma amongst them. Blatant negligence: Without proper directions in the hospital, patients in an unfamiliar environment get lost and have to backtrack and interrupt other staff for assistance to find the exact location they must be. One would think Providence Medical Group-Medford Family Practice would offer clear and concise directions to their office once in the hospital so patients know which elevator to take to arrive on time OR be a little less militant. Providence Medical Group-Medford Family Practice has no perception of decency and they refuse to demonstrate their commitment to their patients. Although, what they do offer is a lot of sticky bureaucratic red tape. I highly recommend everyone to seek even the lowest level of professionalism elsewhere and avoid this landmine at all costs.

Front office staff NOT transparent regarding billing questions. My husband requested to pay the $100 copay for specialty doctor and their response was "We will bill your insurance first." Turns out this doctor (Bahiru) was out of network due to status of 'locum tenens' (temporarily filling in).

I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism at a doctors office. Turning me away because i showed up on time (the time i was told on the phone) rather than 10 minutes early while im in such pain i cannot breathe properly is unacceptable. And before that turning me away to send me to the er and urgent care when those places sent me to my doctors office (this place i am reviewing) is disgusting and a massive violation of the doctors oath. Michael Reed owes me an apology or he should quit his job

Last Monday my husband had a appointment, at the Short Stay Unit. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The nurse's were informative, kind, and fun. Thank you ladies, it was a pleasure to meet all of you. My husband was in good hands. This hospital is the cleanest hospital I've ever seen.
