Went to Urgent Care because of a finger problem. From their office I saw Dr Dowd, who was very thorough and patient. Returned after 6 weeks of following his instructions and was pleased to hear that I was well on my way to healing. I was pleasantly surprised at my second visit that he also addressed my knee problem, which I had mentioned at checking. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Urgent Care and Dr Dowd.

Dr. Dowd is SUPER! I moved here from Missouri with a knee injury. I saw Dr Dowd through urgent care. He was very conscientious of my financial situation and that I had just started a job after moving across the country. He is super attentive, informative and sincere. I am so thoroughly impressed and my fear of the surgery is lessened because of his concerned demeanor.

Dr. Dowd is a very compassionate person and a caring doctor. His professionalism is beyond the call of 'just duty'. He has done 3 surgerys on me for different reasons. I will truly miss not being able to work with Dr. Dowd due to his retirement.

Dr. Dowd is a very caring person and takes the time to discuss with you whatever your problem happens to be. He will draw pictures if necessary and explain in detail what the surgery will involve. He had given me two new knees and has done a rotator cuff surgery for me. He'll be doing a thumb surgery for me in January. I would recommend him to anyone!
