This doctors office is a complete waste of time. Dr Lee scoped my moms throat for literally 2 minutes and then just referred her. Dr Lee is inconsiderate and the front staff are just as rude. When we tried to get the records of her visit they said it could be up to a 30-day wait to have them faxed, even though she’s in an urgent situation. Not to mention when I faxed the release form ahead of time and then they smirked and rolled their eyes and made her fill it out again when she got there. We drove 3 hours just to get these records, when they could’ve easily been faxed. I would stay away from this doctors office if you are looking for help.

Dr. Lee is very pleasant and explains everything so well. His medical assistant is great also.

I’ve been under Dr. Lee’s care for a number of years, and I have always found him to be kind courteous and professional. The same can not be said for the staff at the front desk. As much as I value MD Lee’s service, I will go elsewhere rather than be on the receiving end of the abrupt, condescending and rude attitude and behavior from the front desk at that clinic.

I was really surprised to see some of the negative reviews of visits with Dr. Lee and his staff. Nearly all of them were aimed at his staff not him. I have been a patient of Dr Lee's for several years and had consistently great care from Dr. Lee and professional and courteous treatment from all of his staff.

Was charged $800 for ten minute visit in which no problems were found or corrected. Was then repeatedly called by very rude billing office. I really regret ever going here.

I'm leaving a comment with a neutral review, because I have never been a patient, but reviews here, indicate the staff is rude. I current have a great ENT doctor, but am leaving him because of rude staff. doctors should pay more attention!!! rude staff can be impossible, and we're paying, it's not like we're on welfare asking for handouts. they have a job because of us, yet, they are so rude and disrespectful. I feel I must keep looking, until I find a doctor with nice staff, that's everything! Apparently, this doctor doesn't care enough about his patients to demand that his staff be - - - NICE! Thank god for a chance to review. I read them before I even think about calling the office.

I had a positive experience from beginning to end. Everyone (staff and Dr) were attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. Surprised to see any negative reviews here. From my personal experience I highly recommend this Dr and this office.I was thankful that my primary Dr. had referred me here

Don't ever go there. I hate putting bad reviews and I hardly ever do. But they are so rude! And treat u horribly. And they won't work with you on payments. They also need to work on customer service and being more friendly.

The treatment was great but trying to get them to fax paperwork to get hearing aids is IMPOSSIBLE! I have called MANY times and was told they would send it right away and nothing! I'm going on 3 weeks now with nothing being sent!

I went to Dr. Lee for several year and He was fine! Then I got a mouth and throat issue! He refused to treat me! I was shocked! He is ok for the everyday issues but don't challenge Him! He disappears! I was very upset with his actions!
