Jonathan Ward Md's Online Review Report Card

ultraMAGA by his own admission. Encourages people to lie about vaccination status. Complains about wokeness. Seriously transphobic tweets. Rude. Snippy. And simply not someone I would ever trust.

I had skin cancer on my face last year and Dr. WARD did the procedure to cut it out. It left a large opening and his male assistant rushed in and stitched it up. He never said a word but he was having difficulty in stitching me. When he finished, he rushed out, again not saying anything. I looked in the mirror and the stitch job was terrible and uneven and made a large bump at the end of the incision. It took 7 months for most of the bump to go away but left a scar. People still ask me " What's wrong with your face". The prescription that they called in for me went to the wrong pharmacy in the wrong town even though I double checked that before I left the office.

My experience consisted of a filthy examination and surgery room (e.g., for example, standing water in a clogged sink), nasty attitudes (I was sneered at when I asked the nurse if she washed her hands and Dr. Ward was snippy and short when I asked questions), incompetent and untrained staff (e.g., putting sterile strips over a raw blister that later needed to be excised and required even more stitches plus antibiotics), and ridiculously long wait times (the receptionist told me Dr. Ward was on time when in fact I waited almost 2 hours). No apologies from Dr. Ward for running late but rather a hurried exam and bad attitude. It has been two months since I first saw Dr. Ward about this and I am still dealing with problems at the incision site--but now seeing a different doctor.

I recently had my tear troughs filled with Restylane and had some Botox injections. Dr. Ward explained everything to me in depth as well as the risks associated with both injections. All of his staff that I came into contact with were very nice and friendly. Dr. Ward talked with me through the whole procedure to make sure I was comfortable. I was finished in about 30 minutes total. Dr. Ward made sure to massage the under eye area very well so that no lumps formed. It has been almost 2 weeks since I had the procedures done and I am VERY PLEASED with the results. I had a minimal about of bruising and swelling, but nothing that couldn't be covered with concealer. Both were completely gone within a week. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Ward when I need more Botox or when I need to have my tear troughs filled again. Dr. Ward has a great bedside manner and I have recommended him already to many people. I am very pleased!!!

More about pushing patients through than providing quality care. Knows all the buttons to push to maximize billing charges. Probably not a bad MD, but arrogant and not a good as he believes he is. A very good staff working who deserve a better MD.

I have used Dr. Waerd several times and found his staff very proficient and the doctor did an excellent job on the procedures he did on me. He is also honest. When I asked about products for age spots He gave me the name of an overthe counter product.

I found Dr. Ward to be quite careless with his exam. He was in such a rush I didn't get to tell him about another problem I had been experiencing. I found him to be quite short with his attitude and unfriendly. His staff is nice, though!

I came down with a rash so I called Dr.Ward's office to schedule an appointment. I was seen by Nichol Raulerson the Physican Assistant. She was rude from the start and never did tell me what I had. Only that I had a rash (which was obvious) and that she was going to call in some medicine for me. Later, that afternoon I went to pick up my prescription and nothing was ever called in!! After several attempts to get throught to Mrs. Raulerson, I was told she would return my call after she called in my perscription. Well, the ENTIRE weekend went by and no script. It was the worst weekend I think I've ever had. My rash went from completley manageable to all over my body. I called on Monday morning to discuss this with Dr.Ward and was given an appointment. After which time, I was called 4 times by the unfriendly and unapologetic staff who said he refused to see me and so did Mrs.Raulerson. The worst service!!

i had a wonderful experience. i was seen within a week of when i called for the appointement. i barely had time to read the book i had brought when i was called to the exam room. the nurse was very professional and the rash i was seen for was diagnosed right then and cured within a week. Thank you Gulf Coast Dermatology.

took 6 weeks to get the appointment. I have skin cancer. Dr. was 1 1/2 hours late for appointment. He did biopsy, said he would call the next day to tell me when surgery would be scheduled to remove cancer, was also going to schedule with plastic surgeon to replace part of my nose that he was going to remove. Never heard from Dr. Ward again. I called 5 times trying to get someone to call me back. My nose became infected where he did the biopsy. Had to go to another doctor for antibiotics to clear the infection he gave me. I am very dissatisfied with this doctor and his entire staff. I don't have insurance and I pay cash for my medical. I feel that I threw away $409.00 dollars.
