Dr. Ziegler was direct, honest, and asked multiple times if I had any questions, concerns, etc. He was in no rush to end the consultation. He had a relaxed but professional manner and spoke highly of the physical therapists where I went. Excellent experience. Highly recommend him!

Dr Ziegler is great. I’ll probably need surgery on my left hand at some point, but his injections are biding me some time. Thoroughly explains my options and prefers a less invasive surgical procedure. ??

A couple of weeks after jamming my finger into a wall during a stair fall incident, I saw Dr. Ziegler for a diagnosis since it was still fairly painful. Asante is VERY efficient and informative as a rule, and I appreciate the whole system -- the system there is designed and implemented to treat the patient well and be extremely on-task and "kindly" efficient. Dr. Ziegler, however, surprised me in that he explained so thoroughly, both with words and film (informational and xray) to show me what was causing my pain and what needed to be done. He asked me questions and answered mine concisely and understandably. From signing in at the outer-office desk to walking out of the exam room, it was a pleasant and helpful visit with everyone I interacted with, and I was walking outside 25-30 minutes later!
