I went to see Rebecca Rose and do not recommend her. The wait was long once I got into the room. She brought an additional person without letting me know beforehand or asking if I minded. She didn't listen to what I was saying. At the end of the appointment she stepped out and said she'd be back to wrap things up with how we'd move forward. She didn't come back. The additional person came back with no solutions but a week later the clinic called me with a referral to a nurse practitioner who has a 25% out of a possible 100% rating on healthgrades.

Very friendly and informative staff who understand making the most out of one visit due to cost of missing my own work. Front staff were efficient, rooming was quick, and provider was very nice about answering many questions.

My first visit to this center was for a pap, which actually went very smoothly. The reception/check-in person and in-room assistant were both very nice. Stephanie Estes was excellent in her gentle and kind demeanor; extremely knowledgeable in the medical topics discussed, and communicates clearly. Thank you.

I love Dr Harris and Stefanie Estes. What caring, empathetic and wonderful care providers. It’s unfortunate that they work here. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and need a PAP to ensure the treatment killed the cancer. My treatment ended this last summer. I need PAPs every 3 months now. I’ve already been delayed due to being bounced from office to office because no one actually listens to patients. I specifically requested Dr Harris as she’s the only one who doesn’t hurt me. This has been an ongoing problem through this whole health issue. I was assured that Dr Harris would be on standby. After I waited the month for my appt., I got a call from Dr Harris’s MA (who did not identify herself as a MA, and asked me questions about symptoms. I think I’m talking to reception…like why they asking me these questions) to reschedule with the Dr. because Dr Harris and the Director decided I needed to see Dr Harris and not a midwife at all……. Because of my problems. Two MONTHS OUT! I kept my appt still to see Miss Estes for other issues. She’s awesome. Reception sucks, scheduling sucks. As if cancer isn’t stressful enough… 😭 and that’s not even all of it 😳
