List of Liam Macleod's Reviews
Excellent family doc. she has taken care of our family for years. Very responsive and caring.
Been with dr.Mcleod for 25 years. Receptionists are terrible, constantly giving attitude for no reason and pretending they are doctors when they have no medical experience. Not one issue I've ever had Dr.Mcleod has been able to resolve . Never hear back about any x-ray or ultrasound result. I have to do my own research and go in and force her to do something about it in the 5 minutes she gives me for my appointment time. They will let you suffer for years with the same issue, they do not care about you at all .Oh and they are always on holiday, must be nice! Do not go to this doctor. Id rather go to the hospital or telemedicine.
Very unimpressed for the past few years. The same receptionist who has been working since I was a lot younger had walked me into the patient room and once you left started laughing and talking down on me with dr Macleod in the hallway about a request I had to remove my IUD which is a perfectly reasonable thing to request. I will no longer be going to this office as everyone including the doctor is highly unprofessional and doesn’t offer any support for anything I come in for, doesn’t help me at all and says everytime that she “doesn’t know”. Strongly suggest to find a different doctor
Refuses to write a letter of proof that i have kids so i don't lose my child benefits & can't pay my bills & lose my home, been asking for 2 months now for a piece of paper & apparently thats like asking for a million dollars
Have had multiple issues with Dr.macleod. when it comes to getting medical tests it is like she has to pay for them out of pocket. I had to go to the hospital for an mri because she wouldnt book one. she has yelled at me and prescribed me anti-physcotic medication that left me defficating myself whenever I went to sleep, when I informed her of what was happening it took two weeks to get ahold of her for an appointment and she doubled my dose instead of taking me off of it, I lost 45 pounds on the medication and had to go to the hospital. I almost never go to her, I would much rather go to the hospital or clinic. Her motto is it's something you have to live with.. bypass the 2 week wait for an appointment to be told you're fine and just go to bgh, kgh or tgh.
I had successful surgery performed by Dr. MacLeod with full satisfaction from initial meeting to surgery & follow ups. He has wonderful bedside manners to alleviate any anxieties or questions I had.
The staff at this office are terrible. They do e everything they can to dissuade you from making an appointment. It’s scary since the secretary doing this is not a physician or medical person.
My procedure (vasectomy) was brief, painless and has improved my quality of life in more ways than one. Dr McLeod’s bedside manner kept me confident snd relaxed throughout the procedure despite all my pre-op worries. Wholly gratefull to dr McLeod and would recommend him 100%.
My husband was treated by Dr. Macleod and I cannot say enough positive things. He carefully explained all the options. He answered all of our questions. My husbanded ended up needing a procedure and it went very well. He is a skilled surgeon, compassionate physician and excellent communicator. His staff was also very responsive.
In an age of apathetic doctors who can barely spare ten minutes of their time, it is both refreshing and comforting receiving care from Dr. Macleod. Each time I’ve needed to see him, he was attentive and his prescribed treatment was effective at addressing my ailment. I hope to have the luxury of keeping him as my doctor for many years to come and would recommend him to a friend in a heartbeat.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
