Unfortunately it’s impossible to get adequate mental health services in southern Oregon. I advocated for months to receive services and get the help that I need to get back on track. After being put on several medication and dealing with several side effects I realized La Clinica wasn’t able help but just made things worse. If you’re struggling with mental health I’d suggest getting out of southern Oregon.

I was poisoned twilight at LA Clinica and dropped even counseling!

if you're looking for recovery then good job at the first step. its a lie to say its easy, but there are people who will surprise you with their level of care. massive shout out to Shelly H.!! (I can't remember her last name fully but she has dark hair and is super caring) idk if its part of her job but she's taken the time to check up on me. I had missed appointments and ghosted the place. but she wouldn't let me slip threw the cracks. and im extremely greatful for her! also my doc ( sry im sure I am going to spell this name wrong too but) doctor Fondel. that guy is always busy but still makes time to really talk with you. not at you.this wasn't my first place to seek help but it should have been. all the staff is great. but I only really delt with those 2. and I really appreciated that.Thank You birch grove!!

Birch Grove is where I started my journey of recovery. They have helped me each step of the way as well as providing alot of extra resources. Good medical care as well as good mental health services

Only because I can't give zero stars. The staff was excellent. Saw two doctors, each was horrible. The female was incredibly rude and arrogant. Seemed to be having a bad day, but I was paying exorbitant cash fees, and not in the mood for it, so requested a different doctor. This guy was even worse in his own way. All I needed was a referral to a specialist. He required weekly visits with entirely unnecessary weekly addtl lab work at an outrageous cost. Finally sought help at another medical clinic, obtaining the referraI I needed in 20 minutes with zero bill padding. This may be a great place if you're not paying your own bill. Beware the financial exploitation machine and doctors with a god complex.

Hecox is easily one of the best in her field in southern Oregon and extremely thorough and wise. Which means if your going to try to run game or scam her good luck.

Total rip off.. 400 to pull a tooth

I've never waited more than 5 mins after checking in and have not waited more than a few mins for my FNP to see me. Everyone is very professional, nice and most of the front desk people know u by name.
