Front desk “Aubrey” told us we are late and needed to reschedule. (We were 10 mins early). This was for a new patient visit… I will never recommend this provider. Waste of my time taking off work and driving 30 mins to get to the appointment . We never saw this provider because of his staff

Utilized his Tele-Medicine portal to get treatment. Aubree, at the front desk was wonderfully thorough with the pre-visit questions and the wait was only moments to speak with Dr. Thompson directly via teleconference. Dr. Thompson was warm, friendly and informative. He explained the treatment proposed thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything. Never felt rushed or talked down to.... a true professional!

I never got in to see him thanks to his front office secretary Aubree. Obviously there is a disconnect between Dr. Thompsons values and the people who he hires. Hopefully reviews like mine will help him see and amend that issue in his office.

Dr. Thompson is our family doctor. He does a great job of knowing you and caring for any needs that may arise. He's always available at any time.

I have seen Holli Beard the 2 visits I've had so far after transferring my care from Dr. Evans after 20 years. Holli is AMAZING! She is kind, and more importantly, doesn't seem in a hurry. She is thorough, and extremely knowledgeable regarding everything I've thrown at her so far. She takes her time, explains everything, and seems to genuinely care about my health. I will NEVER go anywhere else, unless Holli leaves, then I'll follow her! :) I definitely regret not switching doctors sooner! She even explained to me why a couple of the medications Dr. Evans' office gave me were contraindicated for my situation, and I had NO idea! So thankful for her!

Dr. Thompson is a good listener and considers various alternatives to treatment, including holistic medicine and herbal supplements, in an effort to find the best solution for his patients. His staff is courteous and respectful and unlike many offices, they are on time for their appointments.

Dr. T is the BEST. I have been going to him for over 10 years and wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. I’m a geriatric ~ and he keeps me going strong! Thank you Dr. T. Love the staff too! I’m greeted by name and receive special treatment on every visit. It’s so nice to have a doctor and staff that truly care. I have recommended many friends to him and they agree!

Staff is rude and unprofessional... a disgrace. Expect to wait for your appointment beyond your scheduled time. (way beyond) Once you get to an examining room, you can hear the nurses gossiping at the nurses station. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! That environment is toxic.
