I sat down today to write you a thank you note for the three great years I have enjoyed since you and the rest of the wonderful Bremerton staff unblocked the plugged artery near my heart and inserted a stent without leaving so much as a scratch! Also, thank you for being so considerate to release me early to attend my nephew's wedding that I was traveling to when the heart attack struck. Please relay my thanks, also, to the Port Angeles EMTs that got me to you in time!

April 2017 I had a heart attack. Dr. Arslan performed angioplasty, inserting a single stent. Her warm and cheerful demeanor before the surgery and after, was very reassuring during what was a very frightening time for me and my wife with me. As a cash payer, with an HCSM reimbursement membership, Dr. Arslan was very sympathetic to our financial limitations and even down to the post-operative prescriptions, directed me to the most affordable generic meds. She was real blessing to me as was her warm and friendly, yet professional surgery team.

Dr Arslan has now been involved in two of my families lives, my Father In Law for a stroke, and myself for three blockages in my heart that resulted in a stent being put in. Dr. Arslan's professionalism shines through with regards to her procedures, her skills, and her follow up after care. I find her easy to talk with and very straight forward about what brought you in her hospital, what was done while in the hospital, and what to expect after the hospital.
