My mom has dementia. Dr. Dickinson has been great with helping with diagnosis, treatment, and future next steps. Appointments have been on time for the most part (maybe a few minutes late a time or two but nothing excessive). The office staff is a bit on the matter-of-fact side but I attribute that to having to deal with people during the pandemic. I didn't find them rude or unwilling to help just not super cheery but I think that's the norm in the medical business ATM. I'd recommend Dr. Dickinson to anyone who is needing help with an elderly parent or friend.

She is wonderful with my dad. And was right on with her Alzheimer's diagnosis. She has a wonderful personality as well. I would highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Dickenson

This so-called Dr. misdiagnosed my son in the worst way. It caused a delay in his Social Security and they denied his SSID. We had to get an attorney and the best he could get was SSI.

Totally agree with the person above. I attended just one appointment with my parents and I was not happy at all with the staff. Unfriendly. I stood at the counter for some time without being helped. Did not seem to know what they were doing. Had problems making copies for me. Slow.

I arrived the REQUIRED 15 mins early, but my Appt was almost an hour late. The desk staff is quite unfriendly and rude, I listened to a number of phones calls from obvious patients that really turned me off. My second visit...same lateness...they see me walking around and say, sorry they are running late with a previous patient ...( well whose fault is that for lousy scheduling techniques ). A cold unfriendly place and I will not go back, luckily I don't have to.
